This book was started with the goal of having active, intentional, and meaningful prayer time for our three girls. We introduced the idea of journaling prayers a while back and because of that, it became a daily routine. The girls wanted more journals and they liked the structure of being guided through their prayers. That leads us to think about prayer in a new way. What if they prayed the Bible? What if they prayed through the fundamental beliefs and principles of the Bible? They would see those principles as not just something mommy and daddy were saying but something that God desired of them and they in turn will want to give of themselves back to God. From there, this prayer journal was born.
