Spend Ample Time Outside

By reducing their exposure to screens, we have witnessed a renewed desire to engage in meaningful activities such as building with Legos, crafting, puzzles, and games. This intentional approach helps them develop longer attention spans and fosters deeper immersion in their chosen activities.
Simplify and declutter
Our children have learned the fleeting nature of material possessions. By encouraging them to focus on experiences rather than accumulating things, we emphasize the importance of simplicity and minimize clutter. This shift fosters gratitude, teaches them to be wise stewards of resources, and creates a more serene living environment.
